Just 10 to 30 minutes a day doing nothing (in the right way) could be the most significant step of your life. Once you have experienced the pleasure of being deeply relaxed and open you want to bring it into every area of your life. It has a profoundly beneficial effect on your health and well-being – in fact in this one month many health problems are likely to disappear without you even noticing – from allergies to headaches, IBS to insomnia and many more.

It affects the way you work, as everything becomes easier and less intense, and it makes you a nicer person to work with!

And people around you will probably comment on the changes. They will find you more relaxed and easy going and they will respond to you more openly and cooperatively.

Session format: These are guided relaxations. We will begin 10 minutes a day for the first 10 days. Then increase it to 20 minutes a day for the next 10 days and finish with 30 minutes a day for the last 10 days. Download the entire collection to your mobile and listen as often as you can or need.
